Do you ship all over India?
Yes, we ship across the country, where the maximum amount for shipping for an order is Rs.500.
Do you offer cash on delivery?
Yes, we do offer cash on delivery, only for select areas. However if your order is above Rs 20,000/- you will be required to either make a bank transfer or pay through a debit/ credit card.
How long will my order take to be shipped?
Shipping from Aravalii usually takes about 5-7 business days from the time of order confirmation. If you have scheduled a fixed date of time and date, our team will get in touch with you to notify you further.
Do you have extra delivery costs?
Aravalii offers free shipping across India on orders above Rs 6,000. The charges are also based on the weight and volume of the package that has to be delivered. The maximum amount for shipping for an order is Rs 500.
Is there an option for online payment?
Yes, of course! You can either pay with your credit/ debit card or choose secure net banking.
What should I do in case of a damaged product?
Our team does a proper quality check for all the products before delivery. However, if you happen to receive a damaged product, please feel free to inform us within 48 hours of deliver with a photograph as a proof and send it on firstname.lastname@example.org or on +91 987654321, and we will happily exchange the product for you.
Is it possible for me to cancel or change my order?
For sure! All you have to do is, notify our team within 24 hours of placing the order, because once an order is shipped, we unfortunately won’t be able to cancel it.
