Cancellation Policy/Order Modification

All orders are subject to cancellation by Aravalii for any reason. Despite orders being placed and processed, Aravalii reserves the right to either refuse to accept the order or cancel a placed and processed order. We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason, such as but not limited to unforeseen circumstances that may come in the way of processing or dispatching an order due to limitations on quantity, availability of purchase, error in product(s) or pricing information, or limitations identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.

If all the relevant and correct contact details have been provided at the time of placing the order, Aravalii will attempt to contact you before cancelling any order. We will attempt to contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your credit card/ debit card/ any other mode of payment has been charged, the said amount will be reversed into your Account/ as the case may be to the source of the payment within a period of 30 working days. Any type of voucher used in these orders shall be returned and made available to the user in case of cancellation by Aravalli.

Order/Delivery Confirmation E-mail

Shortly after you place an order, you will receive an Order Confirmation e-mail which will include all the details of your order, including the order number which will be required in the event you need to contact Aravalii. In case you have not received an Order Confirmation e-mail, please call on +91 9873460000 or write to us at cc@aravalii.com, from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday – Saturday.

You will also receive a Delivery Confirmation e-mail and SMS or WhatsApp when your order is placed, confirmed, dispatched, delivered or cancelled.
