Yes, we ship across the country, where the minimum amount for shipping for an order is Rs 399.

Do you offer cash on delivery?

Yes, we offer cash on delivery, only for select areas as long as your order value fall under Rs 3,999. Otherwise, will be required to either make a bank transfer or pay through a debit/credit card.

How long will my order take to be shipped?

Shipping from Aravalii usually takes about 5-7 business days from the time of order confirmation. If you have scheduled a fixed date and time, our team will get in touch with you to notify you further.

Do you have extra delivery costs?

Aravalii offers free shipping across India. All COD orders carry a minimal charge of Rs 99.

Our team conducts a proper quality check for all products before shipping & delivery. The size of all products is mentioned on their product page under "Details". Plant sizes vary as they are natural products and no two pieces are identical.

We are situated in Delhi with corporate offices in both Delhi and Mumbai.

Where is my order? Why hasn’t it reached me yet when I ordered it more than 5 days ago?
All orders require about 3-4 days of processing in house before they are shipped. Once shipped, you will be notified and provided with an Order Tracking link as well as an individual AWB number that you have to punch in to access your exact order status and details.
