Aravalii, a company incorporated in India under the provisions of Companies Act, 2013 (referred to hereinafter as “Aravalii”, “Company”, “We”, “Our” or “Us”) is in the business of wholesaling and retailing various categories of goods across India through various modes of distribution channel and operates website https://aravalii.com (or any successor site) and its related sub-domains, services and tools (referred to hereinafter as “Website”). The Website is provided to you for information, recommendations and/ or products or services offered to you and is intended to allow users to browse and order products or services (referred to hereinafter as “Products” and or “Services”), which will be fulfilled/ provided by Aravalii subject to the terms and condition mentioned on the Website.
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Website and the services provided by it. Aravalii provides its services subject to the following terms, conditions, and provisions. By accessing, viewing, or using this website, and the websites as mentioned in the Terms and Conditions of Use, you indicate that you understand these Terms and Conditions and accept them as the legal equivalent of a signed, written contract, binding you to these Terms and Conditions. Aravalii reserves the right to delete, modify, or supplement the content of the Website at any time, for any reason without prior notification, and will use reasonable efforts to include up-to-date and accurate information on the Website. Your participation as a customer in this service will constitute acceptance of this agreement.
1.1 Products and Pricing
All products listed on the Website, their descriptions, and their prices are subject to change from time to time. The Purchase of a product on the website is subject to availability of stock. Aravalii reserves the right, at any time, to modify, suspend, or discontinue the sale of any product or services with or without notice. In the event a product or service is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error, error in pricing or information received from Aravalii ’s suppliers, Aravalii shall have the right, post the acceptance of any order, to decline or cancel any such order, whether or not the order has been confirmed and/or you have been charged for such product or service. If you have already been charged for the order and Aravalii cancels your order, the Company will refund the amount in an appropriate time. The product specifications (weight, size, colour etc.) mentioned with the product photos displayed are only approximate. There may be a slight variation in the pictures and the respective products.
1.2 Orders and Acceptance of Orders
When you make an order, you are making an offer to purchase, and such offer is subject to acceptance by us. Your receipt (email/SMS/push notification) of an order confirmation from us does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right at any time, after receiving your order, to accept or decline or cancel your order (in whole or in part) for any reason whatsoever. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. In the event of a purchase, you will be required to accurately provide all shipping details, such but not limited to; the recipient’s name and shipping address. You agree that, if Aravalii cancels all or a part of your order, your sole and exclusive remedy is either that:
(a) Aravalii will issue a credit to your credit/debit card or bank account in the amount charged for the cancelled portion (if your account card has already been charged for the order) or
(b) Aravalii will not charge your credit/debit card or bank account for the cancelled portion of the order.
For your convenience, Aravalii accepts all major Credit Cards including Amex, Visa and Mastercard, we also accept payments throughUPI and E-wallets including Bharat Pay, Google Pay and PayTM and Cash on Delivery in select locations. Notwithstanding anything contained herein, any and all payments made by above mentioned options, either through payment gateway on the Aravalii website or through other online methods, are subject to specific terms and conditions of such third-party payment gateways.
1.3 Substitution Policy
Since plants and plant arrangements are hand-made, there may be a slight variation from the picture shown. Occasionally, substitution of plants is necessary due to temporary and/or regional unavailability issues. In such a cases, our experienced team will ensure we deliver the product as close as possible to the description/photograph shown and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.
In an event where a product that you have ordered is out of stock or unavailable, we will try our best to contact you to give an option of an alternate product. If we are unable to get in touch with you, we will proceed with sending you the closest alternate product.
1.4 Order Modification/Cancellation Policy
All orders are subject to cancellation by Aravalii for any reason. Despite orders being placed and processed, Aravalii reserves the right to either refuse to accept the order or cancel a placed and processed order. We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason, such as but not limited to unforeseen circumstances that may come in the way of processing or dispatching an order due to limitations on quantity, availability of purchase, error in product(s) or pricing information, or limitations identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.
If all the relevant and correct contact details have been provided at the time of placing the order, Aravalii will attempt to contact you before cancelling any order. We will attempt to contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your credit card/ debit card/ any other mode of payment has been charged, the said amount will be reversed into your Account/ as the case may be to the source of the payment within a period of 30 working days. Any type of voucher used in these orders shall be returned and made available to the user in case of cancellation by Aravalli.
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified by you.
1.5 Order/Delivery Confirmation E-mail
Shortly after you place an order, you will receive an Order Confirmation e-mail which will include all the details of your order, including the order number which will be required in the event you need to contact Aravalii. In case you have not received an Order Confirmation e-mail, please call on +91 9873460000 or write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org, from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday – Friday.
You will also receive a Delivery Confirmation e-mail and SMS or WhatsApp when your order is placed, confirmed, dispatched, delivered or cancelled.
By providing us your contact details, you agree to be contacted by Aravalii for any promotional offers or any other communications. If you wish to opt out of this, please call us on please write to us at email@example.com.
1.6 Shipping & Delivery Policy
We ship through registered and trusted courier partners for orders within India as well as internationally. For shipping timelines, please refer to the product descriptions page for each product. Please note that Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays are not set as working days for standard deliveries.
1.6.1 Domestic Shipping:
We offer free shipping for all domestic orders above INR 10,000 . Please note that this free shipping policy is non-binding and may be subject to alterations by Aravalii at any time.
For orders under INR 10,000, shipping and handling rates vary based on the product size and volume, the packaging required and the shipping destination. The final shipping and handling charges can be seen at checkout after providing the shipping address. The deliveries are dispatched to the shipping address recorded at checkout. Please note once the order is place, this shipping address cannot be amended or altered.
All orders are processed from our warehouse in Delhi, India. Please note that our perishable products like plants are not sourced locally at every delivery location, hence there may be any reasonable variations in the product during delivery Estimated delivery time depends on the availability of the product and the destination to which you want the product to be delivered.
Delivery may take longer due to:
1. Bad Weather
2. Political disruptions
3. Other unforeseen circumstances
In such cases, we will proactively try and contact you at the contact details you have provided us. Further, no deliveries will be done on National Holidays. The delivery of the same would be done on the next working day. This will also apply in the case of floods/ heavy rains/ National Bandh/election dates/ curfews/ traffic jams/ festival times/regulated traffic movements or any other impediments that may restrict the delivery of the order. Aravalii irrefutably reserves the right to reschedule the delivery to another date.
For perishable items like plants, we attempt delivery of your order only once. In the event the delivery is not executed during the attempt, you shall still be charged for the order and no re-delivery will be possible. We will consider the order executed in the below cases:
• Wrong shipping/delivery address.
• Recipient not available.
• Premises locked.
• Recipient refusing to accept the delivery.
In case if the recipient is not available, he/she can inform the delivery person to deliver the order to the gate/reception/neighbour. Proof of delivery will be required to be provided by you to Aravalii in case of any dispute in delivery, otherwise it will be considered as safely and appropriately delivered and all liability for Aravalii will be waived by you.
If there is no one available at the shipping addresses to accept the delivery of your order at the time of delivery, the order will not be considered late. Hence in such cases, no refunds, cancellations, liability can be made.
184.108.40.206 Delivery to Hotels Policy
Our courier partners are experienced at making deliveries to hotels. However please be aware to make the following information available:
• Hotel name
• Full address of the hotel
• Telephone number of the recipient and the hotel
• The name of the recipient
• Room number of the recipient
• Name of Tour Company, if applicable
If the recipient has not checked in at the hotel on the delivery date, the order will be left at the reception and the order will be assumed as executed. If the person has checked out of the hotel by the delivery date, the order will be assumed as executed and no refund will be made in such cases.
220.127.116.11 Delivery to Hostels/PG/Cantonment/Enclosed Premises
Our courier partners are experienced at making deliveries to Hostels/PG/Cantonment/Enclosed Premises. However, please be aware to make the following information available:
• Hostel name
• Full address of the hostel
• Telephone number of the recipient and the hostel
• The name of the recipient
• Room number of the recipient
The recipient needs to either come to the gate of the premises to collect the delivery or send someone on his/her behalf after coordinating with the delivery person. The order can be handed over to security/any other responsible person or the order will be left at the reception and the order will be assumed as executed.
18.104.22.168 Delivery at Remote Locations and Towns
Orders can be delivered only in the cities mentioned in the List of Serviceable Cities. Correct address and contact number is a must of the recipient for placing the order.
22.214.171.124 Delivery to Railway stations, Metro stations, Airports and Hospitals
We do not deliver to Railway Stations, Metro stations, Airports and Hospitals. If such an order is placed it will either be cancelled or if processed and dispatched will be assumed as executed.
1.6.2 International Shipping:
For international orders, a shipping fee is charged depending on the currency chosen.
Most countries charge duties on imported items which are levied at the time of port entry, and they vary based on the destination country and the products imported. Duties & Taxes for international orders are not included in your order and are applicable over and above the shipping charges paid at checkout. Customers are to pay the applicable duties and taxes directly to the shipping agency at the time of order delivery. If a customer refuses to pay these charges and therefore delivery is not possible, no refunds will be entertained, and the order will be deemed to be executed.

1.6.3 Tracking and Delivery
Post shipping, the details of tracking number and information of the shipping agency will be shared via email and text message or WhatsApp. Orders can be tracked using the consignment/tracking number on the shipping partner’s website.
The order status can also be tracked on Aravalii website footer “Order Status” link under “Customer Assistance.” Apart from the exclusions mentioned prior, our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package three (3) times before its returned to us. In case it is returned to us after 3 attempts, no refunds will be entertained, and the order will be deemed to be executed.
1.7 Duplicate Orders
If you have placed two or more identical orders by mistake, please let us know about it. We will give a full refund for the duplicate order, provided that the order has not been processed or delivered. If we find that the same order has been made twice, we will try to contact you on the contact details provided to confirm the orders. If you are not contactable, Aravalii will take a decision on your behalf and that will be final.
1.8 Payment Terms and Discount Code
You agree to pay the price applicable for the product or service on our website at the time you submitted your order (Product Price), the delivery fees for the delivery service you select, if any (Delivery Fees), or any applicable taxes (defined below). You will be solely responsible for payment of all taxes, fees, duties, and other governmental charges, and any related penalties and interest, arising from the purchase of the products and services (Taxes) not withheld by Aravalii.
All payments are non-refundable (except as expressly set forth in the Terms and Conditions). We reserve the right to charge late fees on all due payments equivalent to the lesser of 5% per month on the unpaid balance or the highest rate allowed under Applicable Law. You agree to pay for all collection costs, attorney’s fees, and court costs incurred in the collection of past due amounts.
A “Convenience Charge” has been levied by the company for the facilitation of choosing a product/s and book for delivery, anywhere in India, without visiting our physical store. This covers company’s Internet and system handling costs. Such Convenience charges are correlated to the Order value.
A “Discount Codes/Promo Codes/Coupon Codes/Offer codes” are codes provided to customers and applied at checkout that reduce an order’s price. These codes are applicable only on a minimum cart value of Rs. 1000 and above. Further, Aravalii reserves the right to withdraw any such mentioned code at any time.
You agree to receive communications from us by e-mail, SMS or any other communication made electronically, verbally or physically through post. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that Aravalii provides to you by e-mail or in any other aforementioned mediums satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

1.10 Feedback and Suggestions
At Aravalii, we make every effort to ensure that you receive excellent products and services. We strive hard not only meet, but exceed your expectations. Note: Complaints need to be made within 48 hours from the time of delivery, after which we will not be able to register any complaints. Complaints against non-delivery needs to be made within 3 days from the estimated date of delivery, after which we will not be able to register any complaints and the order will be deemed to be executed. In case of a defective or a bad quality product complaint, we will replace it if a complaint is made within 24 hours and has taken a video of the product while unboxing it for the first time. For quality purpose, we might have to get a reverse pick up done for that product, before we can get a redelivery done.
1.11 Returns and Refund Policy
We allow refunds in genuine cases. However, in case if a wrong or a defective product has been delivered, do let us know within the first 48 hours of the product being delivered. We will replace the product or refund your money only if you have taken a photo of the wrong or defective product while unboxing it for the first time. Our representative will contact you and may ask for some details about the product delivered or defaults therein. We expect your co- operation and support in completing the process and that will allow us to resolve your complaint expediently.
In genuine cases the company will refund payment for the damaged and/or defective product, only. For the wrong product delivered, company will either replace the product with the right one otherwise refund the amount for the wrong product delivered.
Aravalii is not responsible and does not guarantee refund for cases where:
• Plants and preserved items are delivered to incorrect address provided by the sender.
• Unsuccessful deliveries arising from the recipient not being present at the time of delivery at
the address provided by the sender or the recipient refusing to accept the delivery.
• Product quality problems caused by improper handling of the product by the recipient.
Cancellation of order is allowed if such request is made at least 24 hours before scheduled dispatch date and full refund will be made by Aravalii in such cases. It must be noted that the discretion of allowing a cancellation of order is up to Aravalii and Aravalii is not responsible and does not guarantee a cancellation of order.
In the event we are unable to supply all or part of your order (the product or any substitute product to you at all), we shall notify you as soon as possible and reimburse your payment for the part undelivered.
Online refund will be processed by Aravalii on confirmation over mail or phone call to the customer or recipient. Once processed by Aravalii, the refund take up to 30 business days to reflect in your account.
It will not be possible for us to accept any request for product exchanges.
1.13 Damaged/Defective Products

We go to great lengths to carefully deliver our products while abiding by our standards of the highest quality. If for any reason, you are not pleased with your purchase, please consider your options for returning or exchanging the items.
Is what I purchased eligible for exchange & how can I exchange my purchase?
1. We offer size exchanges only in the style and colour of the same product that you have purchased. In the event that your required preference is not available, a credit note or voucher for the amount spent will be issued to you.
2. Free size garments will NOT be eligible for an exchange or return.
3. If you require a different size in the same style of clothing that you have purchased, you must follow these steps:
a. Reach out to us within 2 days of delivery to plan a reverse pick-up of the product – and we will be able to successfully initiate your exchange request.
b. It is required of you to kindly ensure that the product is unworn, unused and all its original tags are intact.
c. Once the unused product is received by us, we will be able to dispatch the required preference depending upon availability.
d. In case the requirement is out of stock, we will issue a credit note for you – after deducting applicable shipping charges.
e. You will be able to use the credit note/voucher for your future purchase with us.
4. No returns or exchanges available on International shipments

Mention your grievance along with a photograph of the product as soon as you have opened the packaging. We will do our best to replace the product or issue a credit note or initiate a refund depending on the specific situation. Any complaint reported after 2 days of delivery will NOT be accepted.
Any products purchased on sale will not be eligible for any return, refund or exchange unless received in broken or damaged condition.
When can I expect to receive the exchanged item?
1. In 2-3 business days your pick up will be completed, after which the product will be shipped and delivered to us. This entire process includes the pickup of your product and its reception at our warehouse – which takes around 7-10 business days.
2. Once the product reaches us, your exchange is processed and the product will be delivered in 3-5 business days.
3. In case of breakage or damage to the product, we will be able to ship a fresh product to you within 48 hours of receiving the complaint report from you. At this stage, the standard delivery timeline of 3-5 business days will be applied.
4. In case your package is misplaced or lost, we will ensure to investigate the matter both internally as well as by coordinating our courier partners. If the matter is internal, it will be resolved within 48 hours. In case the matter is from the end of our courier partner, it will be resolved for you within 3-5 business days.
